BRITNEY SPEARS: LIVE IN SINGAPORE
During my stint at Kiss92fm, an island-wide campaign was held to promote Britney Spear's live concert in Singapore. My role involved bringing the campaign to live through marketing and design, and organising publicity events to generate hype.
The success of the campaign helped generate over 661,000 listeners, allowing Kiss92fm to regain its position as the No. 1 English music station that year (Nielsen Radio Survey, 2017).

To generate publicity, we organised a search for Singapore's Ultimate Britney Fan where fans were given the opportunity to compete on stage and win the Ultimate VIP concert experience, which includes front row seats and the chance to meet Britney backstage.

My role for this event from start to end involved:
Composing ad-libs for DJs to advertise the competition on air.
Generating and executing attractive social media posts to publicise the competition on social media
The publicity garnered over hundreds of responses from fans.
According to the year’s marketing report, it was titled the most interactive competition.
Meticulously organise entries while shortlisting and contacting the chosen contestants within a short span of time.
Managing, creating and designing all logistics, decoration and props.
Props include the winner’s banner and trophies (as seen in the photo).
Design such as the VIP ticket that was handed to the winners for photo-taking (as seen in the photo).
Liaising with relevant sponsors, contestants and security to ensure everything is prepared for the competition
Supervising the set up of the stage and event on the day of the competition.
Photographing the event as the main photographer, editing and publishing the photos on Facebook.

Britney Spears outdoor broadcast.
An outdoor broadcast was held on the day of the concert outside the National Stadium to generate hype to those around the area who were waiting to attend the concert and to also give live updates to listeners on what was happening pre-concert at the scene.

My role at the broadcast involved:
• Coordinating with relevant parties and sponsors pre-event.
• Overseeing the event from start to end including set up, logistics, entertainment and publicity.
• Liaising with the location’s coordinators, security, performers and relevant sponsors to ensure that everything is going smoothly
• Supervising the DJ with thunder-truck activities, fan interaction and production.
• Leading and engaging the crowd to generate hype.
• Photographing the entire event, editing and posting on social media.
